As an important tool for realising the new rolling process, the carbide roll ring has been monopolized by foreign brands for a long time, which has become the "neck" technology of the industry.
The company seized the opportunity to organise the R&D team to carry out development in time, and equipped with resources from market development, technical service, quality control, production organisation, production equipment, etc. In addition to applying for 5 IPD projects, the company has also set up 6 supporting and articulated projects at ministry level, and carried out a lot of process researches in the aspects of material serialisation, sintering furnace control, size control, qualification rate improvement, product standard, aging treatment and disposal of PR materials, etc. The products have passed through a large number of tests, and have passed through a lot of tests. A large number of process research has been carried out, and the products have been optimised and improved continuously, and have been highly recognised by the market.
The series of hard alloy roll rings for special steel rolling, with independent intellectual property rights, and a single groove capacity of 1.8-2.5 times that of the same type of hard alloy roll rings, have been used in the field of very large central enterprises and many large private enterprises, and are mainly used in the rolling of high-strength special steel, such as automotive cord steel, elastic pipe steel, and the high-strength rebar of the "new national standard".
At present, the product has obtained 5 invention patents, 3 provincial and ministerial honours, which has produced good economic benefits and social efficiency, and solved the hidden problem of "necking" of key materials by realizing comprehensive domestic substitution, which provides a powerful guarantee for the security of supply chain industry chain of iron and steel industry, and promotes the goal of "Carbon Neutral and Carbon Peak". It has provided strong support for the realisation of the goal of "carbon neutrality and peak carbon performance".
