The SAP project is a business-finance integration project carried out under the organization of China Tungsten High-tech. In the nearly 10 months since the project was implemented, a project team composed of personnel selected from various business departments and production units has overcome various difficulties, actively participated in project construction, and sorted out and optimized business processes. At present, the project has entered the online sprint stage. In order to ensure the accuracy of business data and financial data, the project team organizes key users of relevant departments and production units to carry out centralized training, testing, and drills, and further organizes and troubleshoots data to improve the accuracy of the online data.
