Description

● Spray forming, also called spray casting or spray deposition, is the inert gas atomization of a liquid metal stream into variously sized droplets that are then propelled away from the region of atomization by the fast flowing atomizing gas.

● The droplet trajectories are interrupted by a substrate which collects and solidifies the droplets into a coherent, near fully dense preform. By continuous movement of the substrate relative to the atomizer as deposition proceeds, large preforms can be produced.

● We are able to supply Series 7 Al alloy, Al-Li alloy, Al-Si alloy as large as 4tons/preform, making machining possible for a variety of geometries including rods, strips, forges, tubes etc and complicated shapes, for the industries of aerospace, military, railway, automobile, electronic packaging, mechanical engineering etc.

APT

Ammonium paratungstate(APT) is a white crystal chemical used to make tungsten trioxide or blue tungsten oxide for tungsten powder production. It is also used as an additive in petrochemical industry and an intermediate product for tungsten compounds.

AMT

Ammonium metatungstate(AMT) is a water soluble white(or yellowish) crystalline powder.It is mainly used in the production of metal tungsten, alloy steel, fireproof fabric, and ceramic industry.And it is also used to produce various petrochemical catalysts and other tungsten compounds. It is the main raw material of tungsten based catalysts.
