YK25.6 is a newly developed grade for mining. Its outstanding charateristic is a better combination of the wear resistance and toughness than that of the other cemented carbide grades. Therefore, it’s at present the best grade among ZCC’s products in mining for the reason mentioned above. Cemented carbide YK25.6 can be used for making buttons, insert, coal cutter teeth, coal-drilling tips, etc. It is the most suitable for drilling tips assembled with cemented carbide YK25.6 to drill hard rock formations of f=16. Its typical values of properties are as follows:
